Terrible coffee (and it was only drip), the barista (person on the bar) couldn?t be bothered to acknowledge me waiting at the... pick-up side of the bar even though it wasn?t busy inside or at the drive-thru (I am a former barista of many years). She hadenough time to happily greet the next customer behind me tho, AND my drinks were sitting on the counter the entire time. Thelady who walked in after me got her order first, while I continued to wait in silence for no reason. By about 3 minutes ofnothingness I reached over the counter and took my drinks and left. This location is not decent. Go to a different location ifpossible or a different coffee chain altogether. Even worse?the lady on the bar who pretended I wasn?t there looked like she wasthe manager. Queensborough landing location sucks! I ordered online through the starbucks app and went to pick up my order. They made my... order wrong and didnt even apologize, just simply took it back and didnt say a word. Should have been a grab and go but took waylonger. Read more

?The cold one?. This Starbucks is practically perfect with accurate drinks, friendly staff, and fast service. However? every... time I attempt to study here I leave after about 30 minutes, because the temperature is so unbearable. It has been this wayyear-round which is how it got its nickname. Every time I leave this place I am shivering to my core with rigid ice-cube-fingersthat can hardly grasp a pen. I could see how this review could sound trivial but it?s really hard to get work done at thislocation due to the consistently low temperature. To the degree that I regularly opt to drive an extra ten minutes to a morecomfortable store. I?ve never had this experience at any other Starbucks locations so I don?t know if there?s anything you cando about it but if you can, this cold, twilight loving, university student would greatly appreciate it. They lose a star from the standard 4 because unfortunately their drive-thru is almost always overflowing onto the street and it... makes it really awkward to get into it. Otherwise it's pretty speedy and the barista's are nice and polite. I once ordered a pupcup for my human friend and they obliged. That's good service. Also he liked it. Read more
Poor service .... I took my kids and ordered 3 green tea lattes. I was very specific that I need very lite ice . I mentioned it... twice @ after all this our drinks were nothing but 75% ice.. this is STAR bucks .. they don't care anymore . Read more
Love starbucks and usually get the same drink everytime, but at this starbucks which is not my main one I very gotten my drink... with big solid pieces of ice in them. Takes up atheist a third of the volume. Probably won't go back to this particularstarbucks location Read more
