This location has gone completely down hill . I'm here every Friday night and I can honestly say the staff that I've witnessed... working don't seem to care to much about there job. Nice staff, truly, but don?t go here in the morning if you are in a hurry. I ordered a drip coffee via mobile order 25 minutes... ago and I?m still waiting for it. (Similar experience earlier this week.) Obviously this store is much busier since the locationon Columbia Street closed. Service is better at other times of day. I feel for the staff and understand that certain businessesare understaffed, but this is not an isolated thing. There are currently around 20 people waiting for mobile orders. Read more

They constantly make drinks wrong even if they remake it! Simple things like asking for it iced or adding a topping! They have a... notice saying that is closing early at 5 on the 15th and 16th but today's the 11th and it's not open at all! Starbucks chatisn't helpful either! This location is amazing with timing of mobile orders! Whenever I pickup, it?s usually 2-3 minutes early and always ready for... me. The staff here are super friendly and I enjoy getting the double chocolate brownies so much they bag it for me since Ialways get more than one (LOL) September 19, 2021 update: highly recommend the Apple Crisp Macchiato, perfect autumn flavour!Been getting this since they released it late summer.
