I did not get to order food as it is a simple principle to have a washroom facility for customers, I asked the lady if there was... a key needed for the washroom and she says we just don't have the washroom available, I asked the reason she says just notavailable, even if I am a customer I ask, I will be ordering but someone else was in front of me so I thought I would use thewashroom first, no explanation given she simply said it is not available for customers either, I understand lots of companiesare struggling to find the extra helping hand, but having a SUBWAY where you can sit down and have a sub and not havefacilities, this place should to shut down or get on board with getting more staff to help her there. I would like to point outthat she was not rude at all, she simply seemed like she could really use a helping hand in there, so Subway owner if you seethis review, your employee could use a helping hand in this location Read more

Permanently "temporarily" out of service bath rooms. Rude customer service. Staff sit and gossip in backroom. Sandwiches made... poorly by untrained staff. Discriminatory towards customers. Been the same experience for over 5 years. Would never recommendthis place to anybody. Read more

So ya, their fountain drink doesn?t have a diet beverage option. I asked for my money back and the very rude woman working there... YELLED at me and shouted at me in front of her staff and customers, ?Sorry!! I didn?t know you were a diabetic!!?. Read more

I had a very bad experience at this subway today (30/05/2022)at around 2:30PM. There is a rude lady staff working in this store... who was very inpatient and impolite to us and other customers as well. She was the only staff working there today. I came therewith my sister who is pregnant and she behaved rudely to my sister and me as well. There were not even many customers at thatparticular time however, she was never good to anyone there which we noticed as we were sitting there. We as customers expectthe staffs to be atleast polite and patient. I felt she does not even care about her job or the customers. Its a shame thatsubway is not providing proper training to there staffs. I never had such a bad experience from any other stores of subway. Highly recommend this location and their amazing owner to everyone. Please support this business! The owner is a really kind... hearted man. I came here once right at the start of covid when everything was closed and everyone was afraid. I was runningerrands and ordering when I witnessed a homeless man in distress who was in a wheelchair passing by this area. His legs werecritically injured, he was in a bad condition and moving was very difficult for him. He was in pain and needed to go to awashroom, but that was difficult since most stores closed and closed their washrooms to the public due to covid so he wasgetting turned away at the doors. The owner of this Subway is a very compassionate and kind soul. He let the poor man comeinside to use the washroom. Otherwise he would have soiled himself as he was already distressed from not finding where he couldgo. The owner sanitized and cleaned everything really good and treated the man with respect. It might seem like a small thing,but during a time when fear kept everyone away from one another and people lost their compassion due to fear, his kindness andempathy is remarkable.
