The employees are extremely rude and probably don't understand what customer service means. They made me feel like I'm asking... something extra for free, wherein I'm ready to pay for everything I want. I had to repeat myself thrice just to get extrachipotle sauce. I understand working for the food industry is difficult but this is no way to treat your customers. Read more

Unfortunately Subwaylistens.ca was not working so I am putting my review directly on Google. Maybe this is better so that... everyone is aware of how they will be yelled at/scolded by the staff member and how terrible they will feel if they "DO NOT DOEXACTLY WHAT THE STAFF MEMBER ASKS" I made a purchase the store on October 9, 2022 at 10:21pm as per the receipt. The staffmember never asked me if I wanted my sandwich with cheese or toasted. She just simply dumped the meat on the sandwich andproceed to begin to toast it. When I asked her not to toast it she then began to basically yell at me and told me that I had totoast the sandwich now and that it was my fault. I tried to explain to her that all she needed to do was to heat the meat andput it back. And that it was not such a big deal. However she would not listen and kept being more and more aggressive towardsme and cutting me off. I was almost ready to just leave altogether. However another off duty staff member finally intervenedand finally the meat heated and sandwich made. At that point my mood had been so badly dampened that I wasn't even hungryanymore. And even at the end during payment the staff member made sure to confirm to me in an extremely surly and negative tonethat I was wrong and I should atleast be happy that she did not "DECLINE TO SERVE ME." Unfortunately I do not know the staffmembers name because "NO STAFF MEMBER HAS A NAME TAG" and I guess I know why now cause they simply do not care and also do notwant anyone to be able to know their name in case of the horrendous attitude and service.
