no matter how early you come to get a drink you will always be later to class because the people behind the counter are so slow.... there is at least 5 of them in the back and yet neither can take an order or make the orders. have some decency Read more

Not sure why all these other people expect the world out of a Tim Horton?s. It?s fast enough, not a great selection but the... staff are nice, and it?s just generally a good place to stop by if you?re feeling hungry. Read more

My drink kept dripping and I couldn't figure out why. When I picked it up again coffee gushed onto my desk. It looks like the... cup broke down. I was fortunate it didn't get on my paperwork. I'm very disappointed with this defect. Read more

I wish I could add a picture. I waited 20 min for a bagel with a quarter of the amount of cream cheese that is regularly put on... at other locations... when I order a bagel with cream cheese I expect cream cheese. The staff were extremely slow withabsolutely no sense of urgency... despite the growing line. Honestly pathetic, wont be wasting my money here again, would ratherdrive to a different location. i always come there to buy bagel and coffee. Two times i noticed an employee working there named YuLia . She is not calm at her... work. I repeated my order for extra butter to another employee and she jumped in from cash counter and spoke rudely with methat" i got it and all" . even though i repeated my order still all the bagels were not double toasted and only one was withextra butter . Felt disappointed . Specially that employee Yulia need to be trained about the customer service , how to talkwith a customer. all other employees are helpful???????? Read more

On Oct. 25th, around 2:30, I was at the Tim Hortons (New West campus) ordering food. My card declined so I asked to have an item... removed but keep the other 2 items, and that's all I asked. The cashier, a middle-aged East Indian woman who has been workingthere for as long as I've been at Douglas so far, publicly shamed me and misgendered me. When my card had declined the secondtime, I asked for the item to be removed the first time but she insisted that I tried it one more time, I politely asked to havean item removed and was met with her loudly telling her coworkers that I "didn't have enough money," multiple times (about 3-5times). And she was visibly disgusted that I couldn't afford all 3 items. On top of that, she weirdly called me "she/her,"despite my obvious & visible facial hair, just as loudly as my lack of funds. There was a line up behind me, so everyone heardher yelling multiple times that I didn't have any money, as well as calling me a girl. And so, I'm very upset and shaken thatmy privacy as a customer was not only breached but broadcasted throughout the cafeteria, and the lack of proper customer serviceafter I changed my order without complaining or trying to cause a scene. As someone who has worked customer service as a cashierwith food in the past, I fully am aware that it was not in her right, and possibly illegal, for her to publicly announce myfinancial issues. I've been served by her many times over the past couple of years, and have never experienced this treatmentfrom her before, so I'm quite confused as to why she would treat me this way, when all I wanted was to remove an item. I'mgoing to file a complaint in any way that I can, because no student should have to feel unsafe and uncomfortable about beingshamed in public by cafeteria employees; especially loan-dependant students who struggle to afford classes while working &paying rent all on their own. I'll be contacting whoever I can find that can assist in this to make p Read more
