Went into this establishment for a coffee and chose to leave with nothing. This has to be the dirtiest timmies I have ever been... in. Garbages were overflowing onto the floor. The line up wasn’t moving and it was quite long. Window sills are also filthy.There was no air conditioning so there was a dirty floor fan with hose..the poor staff were so hot. The bathroom is so filthythey closed it off so no one including staff ca use it. The owner or manager takes no pride in their business. I hope no onegets sick Read more
Definitely one of the lower grade timmies for sure. Coffee and tea scorching hot had to wait an hour for it to cool. They don't... understand any specific order types like if u want no tomatoe on something they don't have the brain cells to use the system andMOST OF THE TIME DONT EVEN UNDERSTAND WHAT UR SAYING. The washroom is horrible. If I used the washroom first I won’t come here, no appetite anymore lol. The washroom is smelly and... dirty, with a broken washing soap. Read more
Worst Experience At Tims. Went with my Colleague to buy Deal combo and requested Tea instead of Coffee and The cashier threw us... Attitude and said No. I insisted her since It’s the closest Tims to work and Ended up being insulted in front of whole linewaiting. She asked I should be more Respectful!!!! Always busy. Most times there is wait. Most of the staff is friendly. But then there always got to be that one racist. I don't... know for sure if they are racist. However I see how they look at me and they even make me wait in line for nothing other thanthey just make me wait in line. Great location, good service and usually have a decent assortment regardless of time you visit which you can’t say for all... Tim’s. Tried the apple pie dream doughnut and regular dark roast coffee as usual and it was delicious ????. Would definitelyrecommend this location. Read more
Tims in the heart of New West uptown During COVID, it followed the safety protocol of one way pathway hence the entrance is on... the side street, Belmont St. MAIN entrance on 6th is only for exit. Great place to grab a simple coffee and donut, economicaland yummy. Read more
I just wanted to give a shout out to Sam (cleaner)...she is so very pleasant and does an AMAZING job cleaning everything! I... really appreciate the NEW owners for cleaning this place up...what a difference already....great job hiring Sam...she reallymakes my day!!!
