made me wait in line for 10 minutes, very understaffed, and the employees are rude!! they always mess my order too ????
Understaffed is all I can say. I don't think they expect it to be busy but It is as it's next to a high-school and retirement... home. Wait times can average between 7-23 minutes during the day. Do not reccomend going at typical break times for high-schoolkids. Aka lunch and after school. Staff have a hard time keeping up as it's usually just one person and maybe a manager but theydon't help. There is a tim jortons 4 blocks away and has more options/is faster and more convenient. This is oddly the best Timmys in New West. Despite not having a drive through, they provide the fastest service and most... accuracy in the orders. If you have the time for a walk-in, go here over any other Tims. Read more

The cashier told me that the Turkey Bacon Club Combo includes only a drink and a soup, it does not come with a donut and I... cannot replace anything with a donut, ONLY SOUP+DRINK! This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard from any Tim Hortonsover the 30 years in Canada, I was always given a choice to change my sides for the past 30 years. Matter of fact just the daybefore, at this exact same location I was able to switch my sides.
