I mean what do you expect, but to be honest with so much competition in the market I'd expect better than outdated products, or... coffee that only comes from a machine with rude and abrupt service. This place is a dive and only survives due to its monopolyof ripping off hospital visitors who are very much struggling with any other kind of alternative. Read more

Tim's isn't the best coffee in town or anything, although the always warm & friendly service here gives it 5 stars. Wish they... were open a little later and had low/er sodium options. Downside is it's uncomfortable to sit in the outside seating - it's hardto breathe due to smokers often. Read more

Great place for hospital snacks or drinks. Not a full service Tim's but enough to get most of what you want.

I don't get why people eat their foods or drink the swill they call coffee? At least make real donuts again. Staff are very... friendly. Read more

The service here was good but I just have to say the quality of ingredients in a Tim Horton's donut is pretty bad. It looks... decently appealing but tastes so fake and quite bad compared to a Krispy Kreme donut. The dream cream filled donut tasted worsethan a twinkie. Read more

I went for coffee on Nov 3 as my father was sick at the hospital. The cashier there was extremely rude. She did not like me when... I gave my order of 3 coffees, she was trying to hurry me, and when I asked for Splenda, she slammed the packets down on the cup. After paying, she slammed my credit card on the counter. She clearly did not like being there. At the end of the transaction, Istayed calm but asked her, "Is there a supervisor here?". She suddenly became less angry and said, "yes you can ask over there."She even said thank you at that point. I then very politely advised the supervisor that I think that cashier may be in a badmood but that I just had to let her know that kind of treatment makes customers feel bad. The cashier's treatment made me feelnervous and hated (honestly)....it especially hurts at a time when you have brought your friends/family into the hospital. Iunderstand many people are not happy in their jobs, but at least try to put on an act for customers....that behavior isabsolutely ridiculous. I used to eat at this location when I worked near by, however, I do not plan to come back to thislocation. Read more

Not really a Tim Hortons, looks like they took over the old hospital cafeteria. No Timmy's sandwiches but they do have pre-made... regular sandwiches and fresh omlettes. Read more
