This Waves Coffee has great staff. When I went to the shop on Uptown Live Saturday afternoon, only one young lady was working. ... There were super busy with long line up. The young lady worked hard with a big smile all the time. When she took my order, shestill asked me do you want a plate for your scone and want to toast it? What a surprise she would offer me so much that I don'tthink this would be offer in much busy time. Thank you for her hard working and still want to keep her good job for allcustomers. It's great to see some young people enjoying and put good effort to their job. There were also one young man workhard at the other side of the counter. The setting of the shop is comfortable with big window good for people watching and asmall patio. A great shop with great staff is win win for all. Read more

Nice and bright Waves location in New West. It?s spacious and has both indoor and patio dining areas. The iced drinks we got... were yummy and the service from the guy at the till was great. The drink took a little long but I think there was a trainee andit was a hot day so they may have been backed up with orders. This is a convenient location when you?re strolling alongdowntown New West. With a corner spot like theirs, you can enjoy people watching from your seat!
