Absolutely loved this hotel. The service and the facilities were great. There was a small issue with noise on my first night but... I called reception and was immediately moved to a new better upgraded room on a higher floor. Meeting rooms were great and theroom service was absolutely delicious. If you are a runner then just go jogging to Central Park for an easy 10K and come back toa delicious breakfast. I couldn?t recommended it more! Stay stay stay! Read more
Beautiful hotel. In fact, the chain itself is incredible! Cute rooms. I love the window seat in the king size room. We also had... a queen suite which was the perfect way to spread out my family of 4 and give us all a space to hangout in whenever we were inthe room. This hotel is amazing. I had originally booked a different hotel that ended up being dirty and not what was advertised and had... to last minute book another hotel, my partner and I ended up at 1 Hotel Central Park and we are so glad the circumstances led ushere! The staff was beyond friendly, very accommodating and upgraded us from a queen room to a king room after hearing our dirtyhotel fiasco. They have fresh fruit in the lobby for guests which my partner really loved. The room was spectacular. We lovedthe nature inspired design and touches since it is hard in NYC to feel in touch with nature. The bathroom shower was absolutelythe BEST part of our room. It was so relaxing after a long day walking around NYC. The housekeeping team was very friendly andrespectful. We had to check out at 4:40 AM so we could make our flight home and the gentleman working the front desk knew it wasus as soon as we stepped out of the elevator AND had a cab ready for us. Great location. Staff is wonderful. Personally, I don't think this is a 5 star but it's better than a 4. I didn't find the bed... comfortable and the blankets were not great. It's very quiet which is nice. The restaurant is convenient and serves qualityfood. Read more
From the moment we arrived, every si for team member greeted us with a smile. The doorman, Valet, and Front desk team are best... in class! Friendly and Professional. The decor is clean and calming with touches of natural materials throughout the hotel.Rooms are space efficient. The shower had excellent water pressure and the bed was extremely comfortable. I absolutely LOVED LOVED LOVED this hotel!!! It felt like it was personally curated for me and well, that is always a magical... feeling. My partner and I arrived on our bikes and upon arrival, they offered to store our bicycles and to help with dinnerreservations. The people at the front desk, Luis and Rita quickly became fast friend with us and the manager, Joseph over seeingthe place, made us feel extra special with his genuine interest in our lives. You can tell he has been in this industry for awhile with his white glove treatment. Lastly, Michael, the concierge was very helpful with last minute dinner reservations. Theprofessionalism, the coolness and the overall vibe of the place was exceptional. I personally admire how this hotel is eco-friendly and actively doing their part to help with climate change and the less fortunate. The hotel has a triple filteringsystem which left me skin feeling like silk smooth, they offer free apples everyday, and if you want to leave some clothingbehind, they will donate the used clothing to a near by shelter. If every hotel did more like this hotel is doing, the worldwould be a better place for all. Thank you to the 1 Hotel and their staff for such an incredible evening. I had such a fabulous weekend staying at 1 Hotel in Central Park for my birthday. Everyone made my stay so incredibly enjoyable,... especially Chris, Josué, Luis, and Andrew (to name a few), and everyone at their restaurant/bar Jams. They upgraded our room toa suite and even sent up birthday treats, which made for such a memorable experience. They were all so courteous, kind andwelcoming. I took my twin daughters to NY for a mother daughter trip and the 1 Hotel was beyond what we expected. The staff was so... friendly and helpful with our questions about manuevering the city. The rooms were clean and so creative. The apple stand wasa favorite! Although the restaurant was limited due to kitchen renovations, the restaurant selections in the area were morethan ample.
