Amazing amazing restaurant. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in NYC. The food was amazing!!!! The burger is a must... try. All the meats were delicious we tried them all. They serve lovely cocktails and have a great selection. Our waiter Drew wasamazing! The whole staff really were amazing. Burger lives up to the hype. This place is epic on all fronts. Food, vibe, service etc! If your lucky enough to get in will be... one of the best meals. Been in NY 11 years so know good food. We had the little gem salad, burger, prime rib French dip andfries which are fantastic too. No room for desert but it looks epic. Read more
Food was absolutely incredible! Best burger I ever had, and a top steak as well. Sides were delicious with great portions.... However, service not so good. Our waiter didn’t see our table for 25 minutes after drinks came. When he did come he neverintroduced himself, and was not really pleasant throughout our whole time there. This place has a great ambiance, it was perfect for our Father’s day dinner. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. However I... felt like the food was mediocre. The burger was way too salty!! Truly a fabulous experience all around. Absolutely one of my best meals in NYC and I can't wait to come again. Service was... perfect and very fun/approachable -- they feel almost like friends. We luckily realized a cancelled reservation and made a reservation in a rush! The atmosphere was fantastic, cocktails, wines and... dishes were amazing! The 4 Charles cut prime rib was juicy and melted in our mouth. At first, we thought we were served so badmeat because three out of six slices were almost fat. But finally, we found those fatty slices were more soft, tasty, andjuicy. At last, I need to note their pricing increase. Prime ribs are 1.5 times higher than a year ago. Food was good as i expected . French dip, rib eye, prime rib ,bacon were good. But side dishes were not that amazing . We had... creamed spinach & mashed potatoes. Those are still good. But i think it’s better to have more meat than side dishes here.there are many places where better for creamed spinach & mash potato. They responded via email pretty quick. Of course it’snot as quick as via phone though. But I didn’t have any problems with it. Many reviews complimented on service . It was just..regular service . Not that good. Not that bad. Average service. It would have been better if he had asked more detail aboutorder. For example, he didn't ask if I want to have enhance item which I totally forgot to order. He didn't ask that how wouldyou like your steak. I'm not sure if it’s supposed to leave up to the chef or not. Overall, it was good. If I can get areservation again, I will come back. Read more
This place lives up to the hype. Ribeye, green beans, mushrooms, truffle Mac and cheese were all incredible. An appetizer as one... of the best burgers I’ve ever had could be a reason enough to come here, but the staff also were incredible especially thehostess on this Tuesday evening.
