I really don't understand the bad reviews - this place has fantastic ramen. My favorite is the spicy miso. Make sure to add the... 6 minute egg! Also the shrimp bao bun is quite good. Read more
Not happy with vegan ramen. The taste is too plain, a lot of oil, noodles are strange and not so much ingredients (it says that... has shitake mushrooms: there was one tiny slice of shitake) Not recommending if you are up for vegan ramen. Read more
BEWARE - they charge 3% convenience fee but won?t tell you after the receipt is printed! And that?s for ordering the food at the... self-ordering counter (and you don?t have an option of not using the machine since there?s no staff to do the orderingmanually). Not only they don?t have to pay a staff, but they charge you a fee on top of that. That aside, if the food is good,I would look the other way. I ordered the Chef?s special, but the noodles were still hard, almost as if they were frozen andthen got dumped into hot broth for 20 seconds. Meat was the only good part of the entire ramen. Fuss-free ramen places in Hudson. It was really crowded but was worth the wait. The broth is authentic like the ones I had in... Tokyo and parts of Asia. The meat is tender but it would be good if the portion was more generous (managed to find 2-3 thinlysliced pork). Actually the spring onions could have been sliced more thinly.
