Amazing ramen, made to order. The self checkout is easy to use, you chose your meat (or tofu) and you can remove ingredients to... your liking. Broth comes in a separate container so your ingredients stay fresh while transporting. Read more

I really don't understand the bad reviews - this place has fantastic ramen. My favorite is the spicy miso. Make sure to add the... 6 minute egg! Also the shrimp bao bun is quite good. Read more

Not happy with vegan ramen. The taste is too plain, a lot of oil, noodles are strange and not so much ingredients (it says that... has shitake mushrooms: there was one tiny slice of shitake) Not recommending if you are up for vegan ramen. Read more

BEWARE - they charge 3% convenience fee but won?t tell you after the receipt is printed! And that?s for ordering the food at the... self-ordering counter (and you don?t have an option of not using the machine since there?s no staff to do the orderingmanually). Not only they don?t have to pay a staff, but they charge you a fee on top of that. That aside, if the food is good,I would look the other way. I ordered the Chef?s special, but the noodles were still hard, almost as if they were frozen andthen got dumped into hot broth for 20 seconds. Meat was the only good part of the entire ramen. The Kurobuta pork was actuallybetter than the ramen, but nothing special. You get 3 very small piece (about 3 inches long). Read more

Fuss-free ramen places in Hudson. It was really crowded but was worth the wait. The broth is authentic like the ones I had in... Tokyo and parts of Asia. The meat is tender but it would be good if the portion was more generous (managed to find 2-3 thinlysliced pork). Actually the spring onions could have been sliced more thinly. Other than that, I enjoyed a hearty meal. Read more

I've been wanting to try the JC Ani Ramen House for a while but still haven't gotten the chance to. Now that I'm back in office,... my co-worker and I decided to come to Hudson Eats to check out if anything new has popped up in the last two years, and I wasexcited when I saw this new location. Unfortunately, it was a miss. I ordered the #1 Shoyu (classic chicken broth, shoyu tare, kakuni (pork belly), cabbage, chives, scallions, black garlic oil) and added an egg. The ramen itself was pretty good. It heldup well during the trip back to the office. Pork belly was fine - nothing special. The broth was sooo salty. I found myselfchugging water throughout the rest of the day. I also ordered the Yuzu lemonade, which had a nice flavor but it was too sweet, which was probably the other reason I was parched after the meal. I added some plain seltzer to it though, and it instantly madeit better. I probably won't be going back to this location but I still want to check out the Jersey City one. Read more

This is a great addition to the the Brookfield Place food court. And it was a perfect option to have during the blizzard. I... ordered the shrimp tempura kimchi ramen and it was so delicious. I was surprised at how good the shrimp tasted. The broth wasgreat and it had a good serving of noodles. Definitely getting it again. I also had the soy glazed chicken bun. It was ok andfor $5 bucks it wasn?t a bad deal for a snack. Read more

So you don't need to wait for seating by waitress or host to welcome you. Best part about thisplace is that you could skip the line and order your self yousef the self service tablets.
