If you want to have a Great Hookah with great entertainment and belly dancer, with good food and an EXCEPTIONAL service and... ambiance and positive vibes, then look no further!!!! This is by far the BEST restaurant I have been in New York . They have anauthentic Moroccan cuisine with THE BEST HOOKAH EVER!!!!! (Usually I would get headache with hookah but this did not give me oneand I am thrilled) Make sure to get the hookah with the pineapple head. The waiters/receptionist were AMAZING and attentive. Wehad great time and Will definitely come back again!!! Read more

The food here is very good although I’m told that it’s not particularly authentic. Service is friendly, but unrefined. They... offer hookah and the back room is reserved for belly dancing shows after 9 pm. The restaurant does a nice job giving it’sguests a Moroccan style dining experience, so if that’s what you’re looking for, it’s worth a try. Read more

My friends and I go to a new restaurant every Friday. Arabesque was chosen because we were feeling dinner and a show. (The show... did NOT disappoint!) I gave four stars because the mixed cocktails just weren’t up to par and I am ALWAYS here for a well madedrink. We got the large Arabasque sampler and large mixed grill. Portions were absolutely perfect and TOO much if you don’teat like the cows that we are. My recommendation: Order wine and hookah and enjoy that while your food comes out. Eat until yourhearts content and then MAKE SURE you get out on the floor and dance with the talent asks. Read more

Beyond excellent food with exquisite flavor. Served piping hot (don’t burn your mouth!) and surrounded by Moroccan themed... decor. The staff was very nice and there was also a belly dancer that made an appearance. I definitely recommend any of thetajine’s. Hope this helps! Read more

It has a hookah bar in the back which is apparently very expensive. I caught an occasional whiff of it and could hear all the... dancing from where I was sitting. The decorations are cute and the ambience is nice. The mint tea was $10 per person, which Iconsider pretty pricey for the experience. The waiters were very attentive with us and making sure we got what we needed. Thefood itself was very good and sweet, but the salad was kind of weird since the cheese came in huge chunks and it was not tossed. Read more

I can't speak on authenticity of the food but it's flavor is a bit disappointing. More attention is given to presentation and... atmosphere than the actual flavors. The decor and overall atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. The staff was attentive andcourteous. The vegetable portion for the steak entree is ridiculously small. I literally got only 3 small pieces of mushrooms, 3small slices of carrots, about 4 to 5 string beans and 2 small broccoli. The steak was a decent size and was "well done" just asI ordered. The fries were are delicious though they also came in a small portion size bowl. Overall it's was an"okay"experience. Nothing special. Read more

We didn’t have a terrible experience here tonight, just an above average one. On the plus side, the ambiance was pleasant, we... arrived early at 8pm on Saturday and the place was quiet. It did start to fill up by 9pm. Cocktails were great and the food wasa bit better than average (for those looking for an authentic Moroccan meal, this might not be the place). Staff wereaccommodating. Good place for a 1st date. Appetizers were average. Nothing mind blowing, but not unpleasant. Mains are good for2 but again, you won’t be disappointed however certainly don’t expect to be blown away. Read more
