I?ve been to this location several times. Each time the woman with the burgundy dreads takes an order or makes a sandwich she is... extremely rude. Every single encounter I?ve had with her is horrible. She acts as though she can?t be bothered. She is rude, andshe throws the sandwiches on the counter when she is done. Extremely unprofessional! After working 19 hours at the hospital I picked up this sandwich before leaving, to find paper in it once I had gone outside.... Debated eating it still but instead dropped it all into the garbage. I messaged ABP online and haven?t gotten a response in overa week so far. Just use the vending machines outside of the hospital cafeteria. Read more
Nice place for some fresh pastries and a good coffee. Staff is very courteous and polite. Highly recommended!
Always kinda boring but good. Knowing (hopefully) they don't use garbage ingredients somehow makes it taste better. It's hard... to do mass production without all the salt, sugar and who knows what. It's a first choice in any questionable or unfamiliarsituation Read more
This review is only for the Au Bob Pan on First Ave @ East 56 St. Although the raised outdoor patio may be alluring, especially... in warm weather, DON?T go! This place should be tightly closed for total ineptitude. The patio?s umbrellas which are importantfor shade as the space is in full sun most of the Summer?s days are either broken or too few in number. The staff is worthless,lazy and poorly trained. Waiting times are very long and frequently result in mistakes; and on and on. I have written to thecompany without success. Just be aware of what awaits you should you wander in. Read more

Pretty much the only food option at the hospital. Prices are very high and since it is the only option it can get extremely... crowded. It is small and not very clean, probably due to the size and the number of people that go. They are also usually out ofchoices of bread or sandwich types and the soup is often all the way down to the bottom. Service is also very slow. The peoplewho work there are very nice though so it isn?t really their fault. Read more
