Food is good I can always stop and grab something before I jump on the ferry however the employees are always on their phones... not paying attention or have an attitude. I stood there for about a minute looked at both employees one was working and theother one was on his phone. The cashier that was on his phone had an attitude because I asked him what he working. So what'sthat place my order with an attitude and almost build a drink on my clothes. I stopped here and buy something at least twice butI will never be doing that again I will stop at the auntie Anne's somewhere else until they get new employees at the ferry Read more

Soooo yummy! These soft pretzels are so good. The shop is small but you can see them making the pretzels and baking them by... hand. You get them warm and fresh. The prices are okay, not very cheap, but worth the quality. Also, it's great to eat themwhile sitting in the Staten Island Ferry! Read more

Rush a local out that's trying to catch the 10 pm ferry with a BURNT pretzel? I don't think so. Wanted something quick to kill... the hunger pangs. Now I have rectal pangs. Fool me once,,,shame on you. Read more

I've been to better Auntie Anne's before. The pretzels are pre-made which mean they weren't very fresh tasting. Not enough... cinnamon on my pretzel compared to other locations. I asked for a cup of water but they only sell bottles water. Overall, Iwasn't impressed. Read more

Original Review: (*one star) Nasty ass dry ass hard pretzel I literally had to break it open to find any soft spots. I go to... auntie Anne's on 8th Ave and these pretzels are never that hard. They are suppose to be all soft, warm and buttery. Oh mygoodness the only thing that was good was the lemonade. But you specialize in pretzels so Im confused. Nasty. Nasty.Nasty. Update 6/2: (**** 4 stars) hmmm they must read the reviews because I tried it again but before I brought it I scannedthe display and the pretzel I brought this time was EXACTLY how it was supossed to be. Hmm. Good job management. Read more
