Been here a few times and each time I go I'm always hoping it will be better than the last time. I always order pretzel bites.... This time, like the time before it, the pretzels aren't broken up and are all stuck together. At least half the pretzels were abit too dark and the salt was uneven. Most bites hardly had any salt and some were too salty. The frozen lemonade was the starfor me and was super tasty! Paid $15+tax for a frozen lemonade and a pretzel bite which seems a bit pricey. Standing shop of smoothies and pretzels etc. Price is high, the taste is delicious. They prepare smoothies from packets.... Delivery is quick. Cleanness is ok, customer service is very good. Menu is limited. This shop is located inside the FultonCenter. Read more

Cashier asked a customer to wait a sec because the cashier was talking on the phone. ????. And the cashier did not tell me that... buckets were made to order. I paid and then I had to figure out that I needed to wait for them to make it. I was there for 15mins when all I wanted to do was pick up some pretzels and go. Read more

Paid 11 dollars for two pretzels. One was raw and the other was burnt
