I came here on a Sunday night and just wanna say that I had such a pleasant time with my friends. The hookah was really good and... smooth, I had the mulberry and the blueberry mint. the servers Took every order correctly and moved promptly. The chicken wingswere so good! The nachos were good but once the cheese melted it wasn?t satisfying. The quesadilla wasn?t bad. The music isgood. It?s a chill atmosphere with a upbeat vibe. & music was good! The perfect place to mingle with friends without doing toomuch. There was a Belly dancer who was really doing her thing, and engaging with everyone? she was a great entertainer. Wouldgo back again. A very good place for hookah lovers. One of the few places where you get really nice hookah. The staff is friendly and... attentive, help you out if you have any confusion. You can also enjoy some belly dancing ???? at the lounge as well. The onlynegative thing is that the music is too loud which makes it difficult to talk to the person right next to you. Waitress walked past us plenty of times. I had to get up to tell her that I wanted a drink or if I wanted the bill .. rude and... unprofessional. I see a lot of good reviews so I?m guessing it depends on when you come. We came on a Friday late night. Neveragain. But I give one star for the music because it was good. Read more
A great hookah lounge/club in Manhattan. Great hookah, regular priced drinks,good service. They have many different flavors... available on the menu. They are oddly strict about entry sometimes, only allowing people in if they buy a table. And at $750,that's quite a lot. The atmosphere though, is pretty nice, if a little clogged by hookah smoke. Saturday is super rocking andsuper loud. We tried kiwi-pan hookah.Our hostess was quite accommodating and kept a check on our table. Read more
Oh the security staff are amazing! Some of your staff needs better attitudes and needs to be more understanding of... situations. Your management team needs to be more reasonable with issues that happens in babylon and accommodate things or atleast make (your)guest happy when something clearly was wrong. To be honest I never know who?s the manager is anyways, but yourmanagers needs to make themselves known and actively show face and observe the floor. For example my table order calamari soonas we arrived and we didn?t get our calamari until 1 hour later and still was charged for the calamari how! Next time at leastmention the situation and let us know the issue on why we?ve been waiting so long just for an order of calamari , instead we hadto ask at least 4 times about the calamari, finally got it and still was charged for it. Why not just take care of the calamariand take it off the bill, I have no idea instead we were charged. Makes no sense, I?ve been coming to Babylon for almost 3-4years now but from my recent experiences I doubt I?ll be back for a long time. Drop your prices for some items, have happierstaff present for work and make sure someone who has control is actively present on the floor and not hiding by the bardepending on the staff to do everything and be an actual manager! RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL establishment!!! My friends and I went here for hookah for a friends birthday after dinner and were told... we had to get bottle service in order to get hookah!! The place was dead and was playing outdated music! The waitress was beyondRUDE and NASTY? demanded we ordered a bottle despite us trying to order multiple drinks and hookahs, she kept walking off andtreating us like second class citizens?. Not sure if it was because we were black but we were disrespected and walked out?. Noone should be treated like this! I will never step foot in this place again!! Read more
I came here on a date for the first time. We ordered drinks and food. The Calamari was terrific. The wings, ehh not so much. The... hookah was bussinnnnnnnnn. It was just realllllllllllly dark in there. I could barely see myself lol. It was a cool spot overallthough. I enjoyed myself. Read more
It was so much fun if you get a table lol. Food is good too! But staff aren?t keeping up with what order who had smh. Someone... was sitting at our table to share seats only but we were almost charge for what they ordered like smh. Pay attentionguys. Update: We wanted to go here again and they ?suggest?/forcefully to make a reservation and one hookah per 4 people and abottle which cost about $400?
