If you are in NYC you have to go to Barnacho and try Cancun flight, you get 4 samples of their awesome margaritas. One of the... best experiences I have had in NYC, food is really fresh honestly the best tacos in the city and guacamole as well. Greatenvironment and good music selection. For the 937 2nd Avenue location. This is a great Mexican restaurant. I normally don’t lead with the service but, in this... case, it was exceptional. The server was exceptionally attentive. The bar back brought my drink out with a straw already in it.The food recommendations were great. Water was always timely refilled. The product. The food was delicious, like every order. Istarted with an appetizer called the Mexican tostada, which is basically a tostone with guacamole and some delicious red aioliall over it. It was delicious and the proportions were reasonable. For my main course, I had the Baja Fish and Shrimp tacos (2taco minimum order requirement). The fish was perfectly fried so not too much batter and not greasy at all. The shrimp was wellsized and delicious. I would return and I would recommend that you try Barnacho out. I would not that there are a few partyrooms which could be good for a birthday brunch or dinner. Read more
Service was excellent. overall vibe and music were awesome. Drinks were strong and tasteful. Food wise I don’t recommend. The... queso fundido was like cheddar cheese melted with a American cheese mix with weird “chorizo” bits, no cheese pullwhatsoever. Burger was decent and the Al Paster tacos were eh had fat chunks. Oh I love this place and definitely will come back again even though I have visited several times. I like their traditional... Fajitas and of course their happy hours. Their Margarita is awesome. It is kicking good. Love it! I haven't been taking so muchpictures of the food because the lighting is very deemed and not suitable for pictures taking but it is no big deal. Was good! Got 2 tacos and the flight of mini (read: REGULAR) sized margaritas. They are mini compared to some of the regular... margs that come in a long glass. Come here if you want a good taco and strong margs. We’re very helpful in catering to mygluten allergy. I ended up getting 4 tacos total bc the first two were small and not so filling and you can’t order just one. Read more
