Friendly service!, but the food was not good at all. My burger unfortunately went into the trash after a couple bites. That?s... even after the gentleman had to remake it, because the first one had A LOT of pink even though I asked for well done. Read more
Not a great experience. The employee was friendly, but it took around 20 minutes to get our order of three burgers and cheese... fries. The fries were hot and tasted great, but the cheese was very cold and appeared to be squeezed from a can or something.Cold cheese is not a good combo with hot fries. I ordered the Black Bacon Burger, but they made a Black Burger (without bacon).The burger was warm but not hot and really wasn't that great. It wasn't juicy either. Visited the location closest to my hotel. Not sure which chain to compare this to?!? Ambiance- doesn?t have much place to sit.... More of a take out place Customer service - 5 stars. Person working there is courteous and will try to accommodate whereapplicable. Quality of burger - 3 stars. Nothing spectacular. Taste was ok. I tried black burger (with cheese), fries andfountain drink. I also added a milk shake (tasted ok). No red flags here. Read more
Great restaurant. Food is tasty and well worth the price. Manager is super nice. One can get a vibe to try fake "bacon" and... non-dairy "cheese" on a burger. I got the Oy vey burger. They also offer non dairy milkshakes. Overall good experiance. Read more
