Good bagels. Great customer service. Breakfast sandwiches served warm and delicious. Would return. My order was significantly... delayed, seemed forgotten, and one of the staff member apologized and provided a gift card. For the most part the food is not bad here. It can be quite convenient on certain days. You can?t really mess up a bagel. I?m... posting this just given what appears to be concerning cleanliness and missed sanitation protocols. Unfortunately, A few of theworkers have very bad habits when it comes to using their gloves to touch everything while still preparing food. For example,one employee was texting on his phone touching other products & then went and wrapped the sandwiches. He could?ve easilychanged his gloves. I watched him play around with the number of items with no concern about going back to touching food. Therewere a few of these incidents I?ve observed. For that reason, I wouldn?t recommend eating here. Once they reevaluate andaddress the improper handling of food by their employees wearing gloves maybe we?ll revisit it. This is a reminder to everyonethat even though you see people wearing gloves does not mean it?s a clean establishment. Read more

Went here for a quick breakfast. Food was made fast and all tasted very fresh. I got the salmon bagel on an everything - husband... got the pastrami bagel on an everything. We both enjoyed it. Not a cheaper breakfast came just shy of 30 dollars for 2sandwiches. Would eat there again but ask for light cream cheese as it was a little thick if you don't like a lot of creamcheese. Read more

The line sometimes took a minute to get through but it was always worth it. The bagel sandwiches were very customizable (yes... they do have gluten free) and we were back several days in a row because we could not get enough! Highly recommend stopping herefor breakfast or lunch if you?re in the area. No joke, the Salmon Bagels were AMAZING and they have gluten free options thattaste like the real deal! Read more
