Went here on a date with my boo for their brunch. It's a very nice place to go for a date. Atmosphere is romantic to me. The... service was amazing but the best part was the food. Stopped in here for the weekday prix fixe lunch- what a tremendous deal! Appetizer, entree, and gelato or tiramisu for $25 is... unheard of in NYC. Generous portions as well. Had a great meal at Bocca di Bacco. The only downside was the small portions. The chocolate cake was soo good though.

Our Central Park Carriage driver recommended this place and it’s a great find. Beautiful decor, great service and delicious... food. One of my favorites is Gnocchi and it was perfect. We missed the crowd and were seated right away but halfway throughour meal, most of the tables were full. Read more

We came here because when we checked in our hotel they recommend this place. I give it a 3 because the service was a shame. The... two tables beside us were both helped before us and sat down after us. Keep in mind we had reservations. However the only upsidewas the wine was great and my plate was perfect! I would recommend that plate in a heartbeat. On the other hand the other plate(spaghetti and meatballs) was such a small serving for the price. The sauce was great but for what we received, very overpriced.My plate was a couple bucks more and had much more food. Read more

BDB has some good tasting pasta that of moderate portion sizes. The interior is nice. And the staff is attentive. It's an above... average Italian place you won't regret going. Just be careful of too many appetizers, they will rack up in price quickly. Read more
