I ordered the fresh strawberry waffles and they were AMAZING!!! TOTALLY RECOMMEND They were warm and very filling and the jam... was superb. I also got the Wild Berry iced tea and added 2 packets of sugar, and it was so good and sweet. They have a waterpitcher they leave at the table and refill, and the water is cold, almost sweet tasting. Read more

One of the best places ever. The veggie burger was the most delicious ???? and crispy ever. The fries ???? was the best. Crispy... and Seasoned and tasty. The waitress was very wonderful and polite. Such a sweet woman I had tipped her 10, I wish I had mywallet I would of love to give $100 to her because she was on top of things. The manager Dennis is the wonderful best person inthere and so was his coworker or the other manager. This is one of the greatest places to sit and have good food. Cheers. Read more

We arrived just before 11 am on a Saturday, as they were about to close the breakfast menu. We were expecting 7 people but only... 3 had arrived. A recipe for disaster in NYC. However, they were very accommodating of everything. The host was able to sit us atthe bar for a couple of minutes until our table was ready and assured us we could get breakfast if we chose to stay. She alsoinformed us that in around 20 min they would start serving the lunch menu. Everyone got what they wanted. Service by Afaf wasfriendly and competent. I had the blueberry pancakes and chocolate milkshake. Both were good. The best dishes on our table werethe burguer deluxe, the super sized hot dog, and the waffle sandwich (the last two are depicted). Freshly pressed orange juicewas delicious. Coffee and cappuccino could be better. Brunch came down to about 40 dollars per person. Read more

This was a lovely place for dinner right off of Times Square. The hostess was truly delightful: personable, kind, and efficient.... In spite of not having a reservation on a Saturday night, they were able to seat our party of three in under 10 minutes. Thevibe is cozy and retro. The booths and mirrored walls give a very diner feel. The food was delicious. The waffle pastramigrilled cheese hit the spot and the fries were crispy. However, the prices were quite high (given that it's right off TimeSquare, this isn't surpising). If you're prepared to spend $20-30 a meal, this place is a sweet spot for dinner. Read more

Great food and excellent service a stone's throw from Times Square. Prepare to wait at busy hours but do what I did and come... here mid afternoon and have the place to yourself! I had the cod tacos and they were great. Unusual trimmings and hearty lunchfare. You might run into a celebrity here. Enjoy this NYC highlight. Read more

After a walk in Central Park we called in at the Brooklyn diner for lunch. All our meals were good, but the cream of the crop... was definitely the waffle grilled cheese and pastrami. The pastrami was the best we have ever tasted, deliciously moist andtender and the fries were fresh crisp and delightful. It was $92 for 3 meals and drinks. Well worth it I highly recommend. We were visiting NY for a quick Mother, Daughters and Nephew trip.. Had to visit Times Square! Decided on here b/c of proximity... and We are so glad we did! Everyone enjoyed their food, with leftovers. Price points are affordable, customer service was onpoint, busy atmosphere but not LOUD. Family friendly, yet would be good for a date or Friends night. I have to say, the food and service was fantastic. Our waiter took genuine interest in our experience and the entire family had... a great time. My only complaint is the food prices, which are much too high for some of the items (like the pancakes and otherbreakfast items). However, I do understand that this is right off Times Squate and they must reflect the price of living intheir menu items. Overall, I would recommend trying this place for some great food as long as you’re willing to pay for it. Read more
