I ordered a double stacker King add lettuce and tomatoes on it but it doesn't have any bacon on it what a waste of $13
Didn't care for my sandwich. chicken so dried up it was more like jerky all breading. I ate the pickles.

I went to try their new Impossible Burger. I was not impressed with the burger, the bun or the limp veggie garnishes.... Interestingly, they have a table service area upstairs - they have menus and someone comes to the table to take your order. Thena number is placed on your table for delivery of your order - it comes in a takeout bag. You must pay at order so not a typicalwaiter service. I did not see people tipping and it was more for avoiding the line downstairs. I'm not sure that it was moreefficient. Cleanliness looked lacking. Got the impossible whopper and it was impossibly delicious! I would argue that it's even better then the standard... whopper!! Also, this particular restaurant has a sit in service which is really cool and you don't have to stand in the line,just go upstairs. Read more
Service is okay. The problem with the self order kiosks is if the person in front of you doesn't know what they're doing it... takes a very long time. employees behind the counter need to recognize this and either help that person or take the order fromthe people waiting. Read more
I only went to get free nuggets. The cashier had a very bad attitude. I showed the young lady my reward code on my phone under... the divider. No problem. I showed the coupon code in the same position, she said she couldn't see it. So I lifted phone aboveregister and closer to face. How was she able to read the first number and not the second number is beyond me. Everyone else waspleasant. Not everyone can handle lunch time rush in NYC. Read more
