This morning, I had the WORST experience at this location at approximately 8:30am, although I have spent so much money at this... location. It got to the point where I voided my order. There is a young lady there who disrespects people who are customers,and the manager who openly admitted to be her "homegirl" when I attempted to speak to her, resulting in both of them yelling atme and a slur was even used. The odd part is that just weeks earlier, another customer was infuriated and was ready to "takeaction" and myself and another woman had to calm that customer down. The experience was HORRIBLE. I just went to get a Impossible Burger, waited over 30 mins for my food, and they still gave me the wrong sandwich. Staff is... nice and helpful, but was overwhelmed by the lunch crowd. Read more
Worse Burger King I?ve ever visited, only person in the place and after 15 minutes food still not ready even with 6 staff behind... the counter. I walked out and went elsewhere for lunch. Would have expected better given its prime location. Read more

#1: I had to give this Burger King one star, because there is no option for a negative star. #2: Customer Service was horrific.... The lady was very rude and had an attitude towards me and another customer. With my order, THE ORDER TOOK MORE THAN 10MINUTES.We had to wait another five minutes when waiting to place our order. THERE WERE 3 STAFF,1 working on someone else'sorder. BUT THERE WAS ONE DOING NOTING. And finally after five minutes he came. When we got our order, We got everything but oneitem, a cinnamon. We waited over five minute for it and we had to remind the lady to take it out. Also, she was complainingabout another customer placing a "too complicated order".But this is not it yet. #3: When I went upstairs, It looked like aLANDFILL! ALMOST EVERY TABLE WAS COVERED IN TRASH, AND THE TRASH WAS OVER STUFFED.WHEN AN EMPLOYEE CAME UP FOR SOME SORT OFCLEANING, HE DIDN'T EVEN CLEAN ONE TABLE OR EMPTY THE GARAGE CAN.He was so lazy that he was lying on the floor on the highestfloor.
