Great kosher food and it's the city so you expect to pay more however the prices are reasonable and there are lunch specials... and discount coupons available for take out. They deliver as well very fast to the Washington heights area. I highly recommendthis place! Read more
I had the words possible experience here disgusting, If you're not a Jew I recommend you not to go to this place, The cook s are... not even Jewish and only wants to provide services to Jewish people unacceptable especially in this community where it's verydiverse and all local businesses forms the community and all are welcome. Ok food but be prepared for the poor customer service and dining experience, in addition to high prices. I got the chicken... tenders and cajun fries, the food took a while to come out and the pick up system is horrible. The guy just yells crispychicken, everyone gets some form of crispy chicken, they could greatly benefit from giving customers numbers and calling those.I waited for 30 mins and neither the fries nor the tenders were cajun so I had to wait for the order to be remade. After takinga look at my receipt i noticed that the chicken tenders and the fries after adding the $1 charge for cajun came out to be nearlythe same (I got both small, I'm not sure how the large works out). Once I got to the counter and got my food and was asked whatsauces I wanted i was informed there was a 2 sauce limit, this seems to apply no matter what you order be it a large or a small,ten items or one. Paying $5 for fries, I was not expecting to be nickel and dimed on sauce, a staple of any chicken tender mealif you ask me. The place was busy, juggling a lunch rush and a influx of online orders, and the guy who works the register wouldperiodically go behind the food counter to help it seemed, not sure if he touched food, but after handling money and creditcards, I wouldn't want those hands near my food. Very bad customer service. It's a kosher restaurant that look at us non Jewish as weirdo beings that came from nowhere! Pricing... is different from the ones on Google. We paid 26 dollars for two hamburgers announced as 9.99 each and the guy just said "that'swrong"! Was he sorry about that? No, he was sorry because we showed up at the place! Shalom forever! I live nearby and I have been to this restaurant numerous times when in a late night bind. Some items, like their burger deluxe,... give a solid amount of food for your money. Othet items do not. My advice if you don't want to risk getting small portions isjust stick to burgers. They all seem to be fast and filling, especially when you get the drink and fries combo. Read more
Ordered on doordash and i tried to add bacon to my order since i didnt see it on the toppings list and even tried to contact... doordash for them to add bacon and they sent me this note on the recipt i truely understand and let me tell ya i didnt miss thebacon AT ALL 2nd best burger i had in my whole entire life guacamole were SO GOOD will continue to order here i absolutely loveit.
