This place is garbage. Your sandwich doesnt look anything like the pictures. They hardly include any meat and that's the whole... sandwich! Total rip off. If you've ever had an authentc Philly Cheesesteak, you'd understand the difference. This is some chainfrom LA. I should have known when I walked in and there were no customers. This sandwich reminded me of cheesesteaks I used toget from the chinese take out restaurants deep in the hood in Philly but even those were better. This place is a joke. Dontwaste your money. I would recommend Olde City Cheesesteaks or Shorty's Cheesesteaks, both here in Manhattan. Both places willgive you the authentic Philly Cheesesteak experience you've come to know and love. Read more
Called to order takeout today. The person who answered the phone assumed I was a friend playing a prank on him and wouldn?t take... my order. Have had good food here in the past but management should look into who this employee is. Completely unprofessionaland inappropriate behavior. Read more
We stopped by here for the first time today and ordered the BBQ chicken. I think it would have been really good except the... chicken was extremely dry and ruined the whole sandwich. It was also really hot inside, their air conditioning didn?t seem to beworking very well. Likely won?t go back, but hope others have a better experience! Read more
O.M.G. This place does not disappoint. I?ve ordered from this place 3 times in the last month. Granted I?ve added my own spin on... their sandwiches each time - just a little extra here and there, but from the meat to the cheese to the veggies - just topnotch. They?re definitely my go-to sandwich shop and I don?t mind paying a little extra for a QUALITY hero! Read more
I normally do not like turkey and I find it dry, but I tried the Bobby and my mind was changed completely! They have such a... great atmosphere and I loved sitting in the corner to enjoy my sandwich and soup. Would definitely recommend! Read more
My go to place when im running late! All their Sandwiches are amazing. My favorite is the cheese steak and bbq chicken.
It?s really tasty. The turkey and stuffing sandwich was very flavorful and well-textured and it earns points for creativity in... how well everything blends together. Value is just fine because even in the Upper East side there are a lot of places where youcan get a large flavorful sandwich for about $13. What loses this place a star isn?t anything that it does wrong but simplybecause nothing is exceptionally done. Still recommended. Read more
