EDIT: updated review to reflect most recent delivery experience. TLDR; good food but when ordering delivery or pickup, they... will very often mess up your bowl (eg. wrong ingredients / portion size). Advice: only eat in store to make sure the order iscorrect. --- Here's my (last) complaint: --- The $26 bowl arrived in time, it had the correct ingredients, but was half empty(it didn't look tempered by the delivery person). I've already called delivery support and got a 15% refund which was notnearly enough to reduce my frustration. As an old CAVA customer, I am extremely disappointed. Not just from today, but from allthe recurring mistakes in most of my recent orders. If you look at my order history, you'll see that I used to order from CAVAalmost every week. You'll also see that this year, I now only order very occasionally; that's because I've lost appetite foryour bowls and had decided to stop delivery and always eat in store to make sure everything is correct (this is already quitesad tbh). Today I decided to give it a try... and you messed up again. Now, I'll probably neither order delivery nor go instore for an extremely long time. Although, what I will do, is to always suggest to get a bowl from "Just Salad", "Chop and Go"or any of your many competitors who are neither flaky nor have disappointed me before. Read more
I really wished I had a great Review. However, this place was short staffed, and the two young, frustrated workers there were... NOT welcoming, at ALL. You can tell that their patience had been worn thin, with the mass of customers that had been comingthrough. The trash was overflowing OVER the receptacles! The beverage machines were "Out Of Order", and the dining tables werefithy, with food particles left on them. Most of the delicious food choices were finished, and there were just TWO young girlsbehind the counter desperately trying to service a line of hungry customers, and delivery pick-ups! The taste is good, but $13 for half pieces of lettuce ?????? It?s very bad. The bowl is not even on the half . First and last... time ordering here. Read more
I love mediterranean food and not sure why i haven't tried this place before. My greed self ate half for lunch and rest for... dinner so i have no pictures ????. I created a bowl and was very satified. Will go there again and promise to take a picture. Read more
It's a great place for quick lunch/ dinner options. They have a great selection of healthy bowls and pitas. We tried Lentll... Avocado Bowl, Greek Chicken Bowl, Crispy Falafel Pita.... And it was awesome. If you are Indian and vegetarian, falafel bowl orpita is the best option you can go for. The bowls are wholesome and delicious too. Read more
Omg The BEST food for lunch or whenever you?re hungry. The line may be long but it goes by quick. Plus everyone who works there... is so sweet and nice. I am Vegan and there are loads of delicious options. My favorite being the falafel- the best I?ve ever hadand their spicy sauce and garlic dressing at TOP 5. Highly recommend trying at least once. Leaves you filling satisfied but notoverly stuffed. Read more
Just a great Cava. They?re all excellent. I?m always amazed how fresh and tasty the food is. The soda fountain was having some... issues but it didn?t slow us down. We finished took our meals to a nearby roof and enjoyed! Read more
I was a little disappointed with this store location. It was very dirty with an employee name Mike with rude customer service.... The store didn't have anything available. NO Dressing, No pita or the crisp, limited option with the meat choice and no lettuce.Mike need to be replaced or send out for training for customer service. I will not eat at this location no more.
