Came to have some affordable, warm and healthy food. It was a right choice. Ordered two salads, got them directly, they were... very tasty. We paid 30 usd for both. Otherwise, the place has some seats inside, quite spacious, no queue on the Friday evening.Can absolutely recommend the place. Read more
This location is extremely hectic during lunch hours. If you order pick up, it will not be placed in a bag. Your order will be... sitting out on the shelves for anyone to tamper with and your sauce ordered ?on the side? will likely be snatched by someone whodoesn?t want to pay extra for their own. You then have to disrupt the register worker which delays the line. I ordered 2 bowlsfor pick up that had the exact same contents. However, one bowl was missing rice and the other bowl seemed to have 2 scoops ofsauce instead of 3. My bowls were also in separate places even though ordered for the same pick up time. I specifically askedfor utensils on the app, but that didn?t matter because my food wasn?t even placed in a bag. Just so much value for a bowl of great food at less than $15. Always fresh and the flavors are just explodes in your mouth. I... always create my own bowl. 4 Stars because NAYA opened across the street, I just prefer the proteins there, but CAVA is a goodchoice too! Read more
Tasty and healthy food at affordable price. Only reason I nicked a star is the place is chaoric during lunch on weekdays. Staff... seem to be overwhelmed with the number of orders and I've had to wait more than 20 mins to pick up my takeout order. Better togo order in person as lines seemed to be moving quicker. The food here is absolutely delicious and healthy. The only reason for the 3/5 is that the service was slow and the staff to... appeared overworked and overwhelmed even though it was very empty when I arrived. I waited 5-10 minutes, after paying, for pitachips. They didn't even make enough to fulfill my order plus the person in front, so I would have had to wait another 5-10 minsif I wanted a full serving. I didn't wait, it was ok. I'd return to a Cava. I'm just not sure this location has the bestservice. Luckily there is a Cava every few blocks in NY. Read more
This location is a mess every time I've been in. The Pickup process is not close to being organized. My order is always thrown... together with no care. I try to support businesses in the city for lunch but this business does not deserve my money. The staffdoesn't seem to care at all. The food was cold too and wasn't what I ordered.
