I got all my stuff, except? O almost left without my drink(they don?t give it to me) and I?m on my car looking for my cookie.... Not only I almost didn?t get a drink, I don?t get my complete order. Surprisingly good for a Manhattan Chick Fil A. Better than the one in midtown. Fresher food, cleaner facilities, and better... employees. Love the proximity to the train and Bloomingdale's. Lunch rush on a Fridag was surprisingly well-handled. Stoppedwith my autistic son fearing the worst, but it was so well-handled and we didn't feel hurried, nor was the noise level crazy. Read more
The first time I came here, my usual spicy deluxe turned into a grilled chicken. So every few visits I make a complicated order... and see how they do. Since then they've gotten everything right, except my breakfast burrito with sausage became chicken. Read more
I popped out to grab lunch on a very busy day where I didn't have a time slot to even eat to I chose to take a call while... grabbing food. Ordered and everything and then when it came time to go to the register and pay the women behind the counter gaveme attitude saying "Don't come to my register if you are on the phone" I find this to extremely unprofessional and more theless this is a fast food restaurant. Where to start. Names were announced incorrect for mobile orders. Medium fry was not full and cold, 12 ct nuggets were hard and... greasy (not CFA normal) as well as bits and pieces of breading to make up for nugget size, sauces ordered were not received, andhad to ask verbally for the fork and knife I requested in the mobile order. I felt rushed by the person that took orders on 5/19/2021. I purchased nuggets for my child and they look like they were fried... hard. I asked the the guy with the bald head and the receding headline if they sold fish at that location he was harsh with hisdelivery. I could not see that menu i forgot my glasses at home. I have not been to a chick fil a in a year. He needs to workon his customer service skills. I am not currently not eating meat or chicken. And I was charged the same price for a saladthat had chicken in it. I eventually went home and added what I needed on my salad. My child threw the nuggets in the garbageI lost $20.00 I prefer the Barclay Center location.
