Very busy location. Didn?t seem understaffed but they were disorganized. Didn?t follow order instructions. Had several large... signs advertising ?watermelon limeade? but the stuff claimed they weren?t serving at that location. Asked for more guac becausewhat they had out was BLACK; according to them, there was more guac but it was all black. No utensils, condiment station wasmessy. The lady was very disrespectful, the veggies section was empty... there was just lettuce... and cream cheese left and i asked her i would love to have some corn and she looked at me like if I was begging for food. anywayi paid for it and will never come to this location Read more
Our family extremely loves Chipotle food and we often buy it on 805 Columbus Avenue. But today in the evening our favorite cafe... was closed and we came to this place. We are terribly disappointed! The employee who served us was very rude. This is the firsttime I've seen such a terrible service in America. The portions were tiny! it feels like they're meant for little gnomes. The fact I could?ve gone elsewhere and I spent money here and can?t even use the bathroom because the workers want to keep it... close so they can keep it clean for the next day is absurd. HOW IS THIS A RESTAURANT?!! Bathroom closed for no reason if it isfor customers. Employee lied one lie after another because this is BREAKING POLICY!
