Worst chipotle in New York. Just go to dos toros across the street. This chipotle is Consistently missing ingredients and short... black cashier lady 7pm on Saturdays has worst attitude. Worst chipotle I?ve EVER been to. Been here multiple times, always terrible. Today I ordered a bowl through the app since they... always close off the line, waited for 40 MINS in the store with 4 other people?one who waited an hour just to get our order.Keep in mind, no other orders came out for 40 mins. They were not busy with at least 7 people working there but ZERO orderscoming out. To top it off the order was COMPLETELY wrong. I really like chipotle , but this location is routinely out of 50% of the ingredients 2 hrs before closing time. Are owners... aware? I think it?s over the top if you can?t open a bag of lettuce at 7:43 when closing time is 10pm. Only 1 meat was alsoavailable tonight. No other complaints here, but this one is big. Read more
I ordered chicken bowl with guac but they don't have any pico and lettuce...also less corns... however they charged me full... price without saying any apologies. This chipotle location consistently gets orders wrong. If you order a double steak burrito with black beans, you may get a... Barbacoa burrito with pinto beans. I have also found hairs in bowls in the past, not to mention pick up orders are almost alwayslate and the service is horrendous. I usually like chipotle in general, but this has to be one of the worst locations. Read more
This is without a doubt the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The 3 things that bothered me most: 1) The portions are... APPALLINGLY small (see photo of how many chips I received), I had to ask for more on everything I ordered. You basically gethalf the normal portions you would expect at a Chipotle. 2) They are always out of things, basic things too like cheese orchips. And you receive attitude when they tell you they?re out of stock, as if you?re crazy for expecting a restaurant to haveingredients. 3) Online ordering is an absolute disaster, I?ve had to wait 30 minutes when I schedule to pick up my order at acertain time. One time I ordered a quesadilla and they didn?t give me any of the sides with it so I had to go back. There isanother Chipotle on Fulton St that is LIGHT YEARS ahead of this one. Even though Fulton is a bit farther I will never return tothis godforsaken place again. Ordered takeout for a workday lunch. 1. They mistook my order. I ordered steak with Barbacoa but they gave me Barbacoa with... chicken, which is cheaper than what I paid for. 2. I ordered from their app and it notified me that my order was ready. When Iarrived, the staff told me my order was stolen and was very apologetic. I waited for another 5 to 10 minutes to get my order.Overall 3 star. Read more
I come here on a daily basis .Chipotle is like an everyday go to for me since my office is nearby. I had a lovely encounter in... which I managed to get a few laughs in with one of the cashiers. I believe her name was Natasha. Making great suggestions andhanding me the bag in my hand. I have never seen her on standstill always being a helping hand.
