Worst Chipotle ever! I will never come back. First of all there were no staff available to take my order except for one guy... cleaning who didn't acknowledge my presence. After waiting several minutes a staff member came from the back and was completelyrude! I've eaten at Chipotle hundreds of time and I never experienced this type of service. Read more
This location is the absolute worst, which is funny cause a MUCH better one is two blocks away on 52nd and well worth the extra... walk. All the employees have attitudes, they give the smallest portions out of any location in the neighborhood, act like you?veoffended their grandmother when you ask for extra rice, and perpetually have items missing. This location was the best aboutfive years ago, whoever the manager is now is trash (the last one left to go to Panda Express I think and she was THE BEST).Either way, avoid at all costs and walk the extra blocks to 52nd where they actually give you enough food to survive on. The food is the usual, it?s good, the workers are cool. I just gave three stars because I think the portions are less. I had the... veggie bowl and I used to get like a full bowl. Now my bowl was like a third empty. Not sure if Chipotle has started givingless. Read more

Worst location. Tried to give them a few chances. I've ordered ahead on the app several times. When I order ahead I wait 20... minutes every time for my food even when there are 2-3 people eating in the restaurant and no one else picking up orders while Iwas there. Staff members are usually talking/laughing in the back of the restaurant and are rude when you ask for help. Theyhave been out of both chips and guacamole twice in the last few weeks. Read more
