I am an avid chipotle person. I?ve never been to this location before but it?s close so I figured why not. Staff I felt like... were very nice. At 6pm on a Friday there was literally 1 customer. Where I dock 2 stars is my burrito bowl. 4 hours ago, someoneposted a review that the rice wasn?t good. I?m here now and I agree. It?s not that it tastes bad but someone put too much waterin it and now it?s almost like cornmeal or chunky oatmeal consistency. The tomato salsa was looking a little too lumpy for myliking. Since this is a restaurant, I have to rate mostly based on food. I don?t think I?ll come back to this location, evenwith the lack of business and nice staff. So, we went to this Madison location, Sunday night, hardly one customer sitting ard 9:30 pm. Just to let you all know we were 14... people in total, so it may take 10-15 mins to take the order, order came ard 98$. First of all, they didn?t had any black beans,and by the time we set and started eating, they gave us 5 mins warning to hurry and finish the food and be out by 10 pm. Wethought if we take another 10 mins - we had kids and elderly people, who are half way done through their dinners. They weren?tplaying, they said you have to leave now!! We requested to give us 5 more mins and they refused, we asked for Manager andManager was even worst than employee, he said if you don?t go then we have to call cops and he did asked employee to callCops. We didn?t wanted any trouble, so we left the store. Eat most of the food outside of the chipotle, while we were waitingfor Uber. We had such a shameful, ridiculous, unwanted customer, rudeness experience. We have felt ever in our life?s time. What would you do if you are in this situation. Another thing, I lost my receipt, so we asked manager if we can get the re-print, he refused and got angry and asked us to leave same min. Chipotle is a great place to get tacos! I just found out recently that they can do tacos a well as burritos and burrito bowls... (which I always get).
