Worst chipotle I ever step a foot in. Employees are soooo cheap with their portions. They act like the food is coming out of... their checks. If y?all don?t feel like cooking in the back then say that. They give less than spoonful of rice and beans and ifyou ask for more they charge you. I have gone to other chipotles down on 8th av they give give you a FULL spoonful of rice andbeans. I asked employee on this location why are they charging extra if the woman serving gave me less than spoonful of rice andbeans not even a full spoonful, he said on this location they charge extra. After patiently waiting in a long line during lunch. When it was my turn to order, they ran out of rice! They wanted to give me... the bottom of wt was left. Then I ordered the protein they also ran out of the protein. SERIOUSLY! THIS IS LUNCH TIME! How r unot prepared? Very disappointed. Read more
Very disappointed, came in this evening for a burrito. I was the first in the queue and asked for chicken, the man serving me... told me there was no chicken, even when I pointed to what turned out to be the chicken in the pot on the counter. After beingtold there was no chicken I went for the veg and continued with the process of making my burrito. I asked for cheese, salsa andguacamole as well. The servers were very rude and seemed disgusted by the idea of helping, despite me being nothing but polite.I reached the till and paid, only to find out my dad in the queue behind me who had been served by someone else, had ordered achicken burrito as the meat I had pointed at was in fact chicken, despite being repeatedly told there was no chicken. I thenasked the server if my dads burrito was chicken and he ignored me and walked away. Even in spite of this rude service, theburrito itself had been badly made. There was almost no rice, cheese, veg or salsa having be given less than a spoonful of each,almost the entire burrito was guacamole. Couldn?t recommend this chipotle less, a disappointing experience from start to finish,the biggest waste of 10 dollars. Read more
Worst chipotle I?ve ever been to. No mild salsa, guac was not fresh. Closes at 11pm, but kick you out at 8pm to eat outside.... They treat you like you?re not a human, and don?t care about you or your food that you pay a premium price for. I am extremelydisappointed. What is Mexican without salsa??? Read more
Always my go to when I can?t decide what to eat , they have affordable and comfort bowls . I love it
