Gross experience! I work around the area and usually come for lunch to this location and their customer service is always bad... but today I went in 11.9.22 at 5:40 pm and a girl with a tongue piercing and smiley piercing gave me beyond the worstexperience. Proportion varies by the hour, don't go there between 11:30 and 1:30 your portions will be smaller that's peak lunch time, when... they're rushing!! Otherwise the food is good, and the table and chairs is always clean. Read more
Worst place to go for lunch in Soho. Customer service is terrible and the meat portion they serve is ridiculously small. Ordered a burrito bowl in person, was charged $16 which seemed off because I come here regularly. I asked if I was charge for a... soda and they said the prices went up. I said that?s not the posted price and the they insisted the prices went up. I was notgiven a physical receipt and they insisted I was given one. I used Apple Pay and it was not printed. The person who made my mealinsisted again they must?ve given me one, not the person who checked out. There was no receipt in my bag. I assume the managercame over and I showed her my Apple Pay, which includes the time and location. I was charged for guac. They don?t print receiptsand then say they gave it to you. There are 2 Chipotles near me. I was told this location would be better then the location on Broadway right off Canal St., boy... was I dissatisfied. The rice had a burnt taste, food was warm, beans were dry and just needed to be thrown away. The staff wasjoyful and friendly and the location was pretty clean and organized. But the food was a no.
