No comments regarding the food, but the staff at this location is very rude and poorly client-orientated. Too busy talking... between themselves than helping you. First of all, a simple ?hello? would make so much of a difference. Second of all, I wasasking the cashier a question and she didn?t seem to get it, but instead of taking it with me she starts to chat with hercollege in their language, not even looking at me ???? again, not a single goodbye or anything. Terrible attitude.. such smallthings, but they definitely made me not want to go back to this location again. Read more
They charged me for guacamole 3 times for my taco order saying I must pay for guacamole per taco. If you get a bowl you should... have to pay for guac per rice grain then if that?s the case. Read more
Chipotle is one of my favorite!! No issues with the food but the staff at this location near Times Square is very rude. We were... a group of 8 waiting on queue, the staff did not have courtesy to listen to our order. The dining was open, the seats were emptybut they did not allow us to sit and asked us to leave with to go. we were really tired after visiting New York by walking butthey were not ready to cooperate. This whole incident happened around 9pm though business hours for Chipotle are till 10pm butstill they asked us to leave. Very rude staff. Will be going to different Chipotle locations now onwards!! Cannot fault the food here since Chipotle is always consistent with the quality of product they give you. That said, the entire... staff seemed rude and/or miserable. First person didn't wait to ask if I wanted a burrito or a bowl and just started putting abowl together. When I commented that I had wanted a burrito, I got the eye roll of the century. Said never mind and moved on. Personally didn't have a bad experience with the cashier but saw her give tremendous attitude to two mobile order customers whowalked up while I was checking out. Given that there are plenty of other chipotles within 10 blocks, will absolutely beskipping this one in the future. Read more
I ordered pick up from here for lunch during a trip to the area and the food was made really quick it was prepared and ready for... me to pick up by the time I got to the store which is really good. They good itself was great and had really good portions ofall the ingredients I ordered, and I would definitely come back here and I highly recommend this chipotle. Read more
