I live chipotle because I think they offer a good alternative to the typical American fast food. But this particular location... right across Bryant Park in NYC is horrible. Bad customer service, horrible cleanliness and food wasn't tasty. I would notrecommend this particular location of Chipotle. Read more
Horrible food. I ordered salad and paid $15. It was tasteless. The staff are tired and not nice.
This bowl is less than half full, and that is even with double meat (over $16). Purchased at 8:40 p.m. on October 12, 2021.
For some weird reason the service here is a little worse than in other chiptoles, portions are smaller than usual and the... employees are random - sometimes they seem super in a rush sometimes they act like they don't care.
