Live right in the neighborhood so visited many times over the years. Prices went up and staff were inattentive and appeared to... be more interested in joking around, singing and flirting with each other than serving customers on the line. The person Iassumed to be a manager looked like he noticed the poor service but seemed to be intimidated by the staff (gave me a 'What canyou do?' embarrassed look). Sadly, I used to go there every week or so but now generally avoid. Stopped by this evening and didnot see any improvement - Will continue to avoid. Read more
They closed thier indoor dining area at 8:30pm on a Monday but the online information states the location is open until 10pm.... Also thier water dispenser has been broken for months I think they just say that to stick it to customers though its reallyunfortunate tbh?. They always seem overworked and upset morale is at the bottom here and so is customer service definitely oneof the worst location I have been to. Read more
Literally the dirtiest chipotle I?ve seen thus far. It was the moment that the workers had the audacity to have a sarcastic tone... when I suggested they pick up a huge pile of garbage in the middle of the store that I knew this is nothing new to them. And tomy surprise (not) when I took a look around the store every single table was dirty, not only crumbs but dirty napkins, emptycontainers etc. How y?all dirty and rude, double homicide. so yea I lost my appetite & kindly left, don?t go here. Had to be the worst chipotle I ever been too. Service was horrible, skimpy bowels with no rice. They refused to provide me with... water which I think is illegal. Would rather pay for a 35$ fish dish than this. Never going back Read more
This chipotle is terrible. I ordered chicken and steak. They didn?t have any. I asked for a refund I didn?t get my refund this... happened September 1 and I?m still waiting on a refund, I will no longer continue to support chipotle. The customer service isterrible no help at all. They close at 10 and they didn?t have chicken and steak at eight crazy. They also didn?t take the steakand chicken off the menu so since I placed an online order I was under the impression they had steak and chicken but I was wrongso I was charged for items I didn?t have I didn?t get my meals or my money, I?m not gonna give chipotle no more business Read more
This was one of the worst chipotles I have ever been to no lie. Thats saying a lot since i dont review often. If I could give -2... stars I would. Workers were nice and joyful, however the food was so bad not done. Whole place looked unsanitary and icemachines was broken and soda was flat. Never going to soho again. Read more

If the bathrooms is always out of order for paying customers, what do the employees do? Gross to think about it. And businesses... wonder why customers don't go shopping locally anymore. NYC should require business to close until their facilities are inworking order. We didn't patronage this establish. We went elsewhere who are more mindful of customers. Read more
