Food here is great but only problem is the bowl portions are very different each day.
On 11/05/22 around 8:48 pm as I entered this chipotle location I smelled a strong odor similar to an old mop that has not been... cleaned or changed in months, I disregarded the smell because I wanted to get a quick bite and enjoy my show on Netflix I?m onthe last episode of the season with 3:32 left. But I was welcomed by the I guess ?unprofessional Manager on Duty? she statedthat dining area is closed one full hour before closing. Why is it that this chipotle closes at 10 pm and the employees areclosing the Dining and restroom at 8:48pm. This is not fair for the NYU community. Please fix this Read more
Don't go. The employees gave an old Asian lady right in front of me avocado and when she obviously was trying to tell them she... didn't order it, they mocked her accent and pretended not to understand her. I left and never went back. Read more
This is absolutely the worst dining experience. The service is very slow and not up to standard. Have to wait a long time for... steak to be ready. They give extremely small portions of food in bowls. Read more
I'm eating my chipotle rn and I'm annoyed. This woman scooped the a toddler portion of rice and meat like ma'am give me more..??... And this woman literally aggressively hails the scoop into the bowl like chill. And before I even say what sauce I want shescoops a huge random sauce into my bowl and I'm like "yo I don't want that" and she just looks at me. HOW RUDE! Read more
The service is sadly the worst. They gave us the wrong order, on top of that they make my husband pay to change it and if that... is not enough they still do not put the right food in our order. My son was left without lunch after overpaying for theirmistake. Was not worth our time to go back to explain/exchange. There are other Chipotle stores in the area, just avoid thisone. Read more
Absolutely terrible experience here. I haven?t had chipotle in about 5 years and there?s a reason why I avoid it. But today, I... decided to give them a second chance and went in to grab a salad bowl. To my horror, I found bugs on my lettuce?. TWICE. Thefirst time, I went back and they remade my order. The second bowl I received had ANOTHER bug. I spoke to the manager and she wasextremely rude to me. I didn?t want to be that annoying and picky customer, but especially in the food industry, this isabsolutely unacceptable. I asked them if they even bother to wash the lettuce and she explains that ?they?re not allowed to washthe lettuce because it comes straight from the box?. Please make that make sense?.. I felt super bad for being wasteful andalready throwing out one bowl, so when I had to throw out the second one, I tried to eat the untouched parts (guac and cheese).This is the exact reason why I haven?t had chipotle in 5 years?. They're always trying to get a head start on closing and deny orders well before closing time. Literally turning away business.... From now on I'll make a point to go to other Chipotles despite this being the most convenient location for me Read more
