Worst Chipotle and Customer Service in the town. Food portions are really small, they put everything only half of the spoon. I... asked extra sour cream on the side as she put less than half spoon on my bowl. When I asked extra, she was rude with attitudeand said ?will u pay for it separately, because it is extra? I paid extra $1.85 for another half spoon of sour cream afterpaying $13.98 I have never paid extra or seen anyone pays for it. Maybe it is their new policy, have no idea. If so, put signsthat mentions about it, or at least be nice with customers who is paying for their orders. They are NOT getting your bland foodfor free. Will NOT come back again!!!! Read more
The worst chipotle in the city by far! This is now my 3rd time coming back here and it getting worse every single time. I tried... to give them the benefit of the doubt after my first few times but they keep making the same mistakes. They skimp you on almostevery topping in your bowl, will be missing rice, lettuce, etc and just say they don?t have anymore (6:30pm on a Thursday!!) Worst Chipotle in the city. I have came before but on this day the manager was blasting music and cursing like nobodies business... as if he was in his living room. Then they are very stingy with the portions and the food taste stale sometimes. I try to benice still and give the benefit of the doubt but one time another customer had enough and was cursing the server out and Ididn't see a manager in sight to calm down the situation. Worst Chipotle ever? food is literally cold, chicken was very salty and steak over cooked. I asked to have both chicken and... steak with no rice over pinto beans and the guy put rice mixed with the beans. When I asked to just have pinto beans, heresponded with an attitude that the rice is already mixed with the beans which is NOT RIGHT. The rice fell in the beans tray andthey didn?t want to clean the tray. Ended up paying $17.56 for mixing chicken and steak (without even getting double asrequested). It looked gross and trashy as you can see. No wonder why this place has a lot of bad reviews now!! Read more
This chipotle has gotten worse. The Last two times I?ve given them a try the Chips are very stale and the food looks a little... like trash. I do not recommend ordering ahead of time since they seem to have made my order right away and let it sit for 25minutes which resulted in a very cold sad ?salad? ?.that could only be described as a bowl of sour cream and three pieces oflettuce and a scoop of very fatty watery chicken. Every other location lets you add on guac & salsa to kids meals but not this one. They also said rice had to be one of the... sides. Usually my kid has veggies, beans, guac & salsa as it?s supposed to be build your own. Oh well. Read more
If you want to dine in, go to another chipotle. In their renovation to serve pickup orders they have devalued dine in... customers. There is no longer adequate space to sit down space. Tables were removed for pickup stalls leaving only 5-6 seats bythe window to use. As you can see, a guy even decided to use the pickup window as their table. Also, the condiments and drinkarea are poorly organized and very inefficient. One last thing to note, although they now have a ramp that makes the buildingwheelchair accessible, the seating area is cramped with seats that cannot be moved to make room for a wheelchair. Please fire all the workers. Hire robots or do only online orders. I went inside the store. I was super nice and was saying my... please and thank you. Employee seem bitter and super angry.
