Ordered a large chips and guac on a Sunday afternoon. Guacamole arrived with whole avocados unmashed, but worse the lid was not... fully closed and the entire package had guacamole smeared all over it. Disgusting. I rate fast food chains among others in its field and of its kind. This chipotle delivered quality food at a decent speed (yes... it was warm when I ate it) and the staff was very kind. I know this might sound strange but not all chipotle locations taste the same! This is the best chipotle I've had in the city. I... always get the steak bowl and it's consistently really good! Plus the customer service is the best. I pick up food here on mylunch break and they know me by name already. pretty sure they've memorized my order by heart. The fact that they took the timeto memorize my name and always greet me with a smile when i walk in is going above and beyond their job duties!! wish thelocation closer to my apartment was as good as this one.
