If the option for zero star is available this is what this location will get. Very rude employees. This is not the first time... they?ve been extremely rude and manager is even worst. I?ve tried to give this location a few tries and this would be my lasttime coming here until employees are change and we?ll trained. They give so little portion. Please chipotle teach your employeesto get prep for the night time shift. They always running out of food and don?t wanna give the customer extra because they don?thave enough for the night time shift( even if I was going to pay extra for it) this is very unacceptable and disappointing. This location is trash. Every single order I?ve ever made using the app has been incorrect. Going in person is hardly any... better. Everyone appears annoyed,angry, and/or inconvenienced by your presence. While I would like to be nicer about the staff,especially considering that everyone is rather young, I can?t ignore that they seem as if they are hanging out far more thanthey are working. The food in the bar can often be found running low, and the protein has either run out or sits dry and pickedover. While you stand waiting for food, the staff can be found laughing and joking around, ignoring customers and the food barthat sits pitifully awaiting their attention. I am deeply disappointed by my experience at this particular location and wouldnever recommend anyone spend a dime there. Read more
Good! However, if you're looking for a high protein diet, this is not the place. Too much, rice, lettuce and white sauce. Not... enough meat for us meat lovers. But the food is delicious! Read more
Manager Michelle or shift leader, highly doubt she?s a manager. Extremely unprofessional hick they have back there. Trying to... disrespect a customer without even knowing proper English or being able to communicate effectively. I?ll be back sometime thisweek to bring her something for her acne. Read more
Can?t really go wrong with Chipotle. If you dine-in and have a problem with your food, it?s on you. You literally see them built... that burrito. Can?t really critique the quality nor authenticity of the food because, you know what you?re gonna get withchipotle. I will not give a fast food place 5 stars but 4 stars is good enough for a chain. New Chipotle location in Washington Heights. Warning in advance! We?ve been here a few times and every time our the food we... order has been cold. Staff also not helpful. I was excited to see a Chipotle open in my neighborhood. I figured I could come out real quick to grab a bite to eat. WRONG!... They have 1 ONE guy working the line. There were 3 other girls off to the side just talking. An unnecessary line when I justwanted to grab something fast. Read more
Went 2 hours before closing so can?t even use the excuse that they were running low. I ordered a bowl like usual, literally got... HALF a scoop of rice, not even enough to cover the bottom of the bowl, everything I asked for the guy was hitting the spoonagainst the counter to knock more of it off before putting it in my bowl, ridiculous!! I got a veggie bowl so the guacamolecomes with it, this guy put literally a TABLESPOON on guacamole. I asked for my and he said I would have to be charged, which isabsolutely ridiculous!! Staff was rude and rationing food to BEYOND believe, definitely NOT $13 worth of food in my bowl. Wouldrather drive 10 more minutes to go to another location. Read more
