THE WORST BRANCH IN NEW YORK!!! Please note that this is nothing against Chipotle- I actually enjoy the other chipotles, but... this branch is nothing short of a disaster. I have used this place 4/5 times now and every time there is an issue. Usually amissing item or two. But tonight was the final time I will be going there. Let?s break it down! A) staff members are beyondrude. My order was 15 minutes late and there was zero apology or reason why. My bag was shoved into my hands and that was it. Itwasn?t even busy, it was practically empty! There were a few members of staff idly walking around doing the bare minimum? B) asmentioned, constant issues with food. Today my order was half empty (see below) and missing items (which happens EVERYTIME!) andlate. C) no sign of improvement. I have given this branch a lot of chances in hope that I caught them on a bad day. Butmistakes and errors are the only consistent element to this branch. Don?t believe me? Dirty and disgusting. I found hair in my burrito bowl here and they were annoyed when they had to replace it. Furthermore, the... place stinks like rotting garbage, the floor is sticky, and it is covered in food scraps & wrappers throughout. Read more
The team at chipotle was great , out standing. The food was seasoned lovely and the line cooks move at a great speed with a... smile and good energy. I?m at the hospital waiting for my baby to be delivered but I?m think I?m stoping at this chipotle. Fordinner for the 3 days I will be in the hospital. Read more
Does this place not care for the quality of their avocados at all?
*BEWARE* Employees handle food/salad with same gloves they take money with AND FOUND PIECES OF PLASTIC inside my chipotle bowl.
If I could give them zero stars I would. I went in to get a bowl to try the new garlic giajillo steak and the lady told me they... are not making anymore and I need to come earlier. I arrived at 5:30pm which I don?t understand why they wouldn?t be makinganymore when they close at 10pm. Then I asked was there more barbacoa being made because there was a little and she told me, ?nothats enough for you.? I completely lost my appetite and left and went elsewhere. This not the first time I had issues with thislocation. I really love chipotle and I?m very loyal customer but I will not return to this location. Read more
I love chipotle as much as anybody and have probably been to 50+ in my life. This is one of the worst run ones. Takeout orders... are rarely on time, payment machines frequently broken. They?re always out of something. Could use some new management. Read more
