Best fastfood, but still just fastfood
if i could give negative stars i would - i came in today to get lunch and first handedly witnessed workplace harassment from the... manager onto the employees. Rosie, the manager at the time I went in, was actively calling one of the employees slurs inspanish, and was visibly making them uncomfortable. I can only imagine what happens behind the counter, away from publicearshot. If there was a way for me to directly report this person i would, because no one should have to deal with that sort ofaggressive behavior in their workplace, especially coming from a manager or higher up. Good food, nice staff, but it was so hot inside, even though it wasn?t that hot of a day. Would be nice if the AC got fixed so... we could have comfortably eaten inside. Read more
The only chipotle in NYC to serve while frowning. You?ll get the 5 stars once you fix the cashier. The receipt says her name is... Cynthia. Never helpful. I walk several blocks just for her in the past to tell me they were only accepting mobile orders. I gotthe app etc but she didn?t want to help. Gives me attitude when her register isn?t properly accepting payment. I don?t know ifher name is really Cynthia. Pretty much the black, short woman, that?s quiet with a frown and gives an attitude when she has totalk. Every time I order. I am sick of dealing with ppl that don?t like their paying frequent customers. I like every otherchipotle?s staff and enjoy chipotle overall. Just that staff makes it so negative that I have to post about it. Read more
The food was salty to the point of inedible. This is not my usual experience with Chipotle as a chain but this location has... missed the mark on more than one visit. Read more

Chipotle, I usually have an experience some would rate as a weak to decent 6 out of 10 at this specific chipotle. The tortilla... was cold, the cheese not that cheesy (sus), the lettuce covered with a chemical taste, the lemonade not that lemony. I apologizefor this two star review but this location is sub par when compared to the neighboring locations. Read more
