I went to the store for pickup but one of female staff with eyeglasses, she has no respect for delivery person and this not the... first time, she is really unprofessional and rude the way she talked to me and her facial expressions unprofessional,need tolearn how to treat everyone same way!! This is by far my favorite place to get chopped salads. The variety is good and the salads always taste fresh. You get a good... serving for your money as well. They have some creative salad mixes and delicious dressings to choose from. You can also askthem to turn your salad into a wrap. My only issue is that the way you order and get your salad chopped can be hectic andconfusing, but they try to help you when they can. Chopt visit this evening was rather disappointing. I made it in about an hour before close and they were out of a number of... items. I ended up getting the harvest bowl and it was sad. Brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes I think had passed their prime.Also the server drowned my bowl in the two sauces, I definitely don't need to order this again. Read more
The service is good during rush hours from 12:00 to 1:30pm. But when I order late lunch at around 2pm or so, some staffs... (trainees) don't know what they are doing (how to put the order together) or ask same questions twice. The store manager shouldpay attention to that. Read more
