I went to the store for pickup but one of female staff with eyeglasses, she has no respect for delivery person and this not the... first time, she is really unprofessional and rude the way she talked to me and her facial expressions unprofessional,need tolearn how to treat everyone same way!! Next time if she treat me same way I'm going to cancel the order and leave,I don't lose,still I get bass payment but I feel sorry for customer! Read more
This is by far my favorite place to get chopped salads. The variety is good and the salads always taste fresh. You get a good... serving for your money as well. They have some creative salad mixes and delicious dressings to choose from. You can also askthem to turn your salad into a wrap. My only issue is that the way you order and get your salad chopped can be hectic andconfusing, but they try to help you when they can. Chopt visit this evening was rather disappointing. I made it in about an hour before close and they were out of a number of... items. I ended up getting the harvest bowl and it was sad. Brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes I think had passed their prime.Also the server drowned my bowl in the two sauces, I definitely don't need to order this again. Read more
The service is good during rush hours from 12:00 to 1:30pm. But when I order late lunch at around 2pm or so, some staffs... (trainees) don't know what they are doing (how to put the order together) or ask same questions twice. The store manager shouldpay attention to that. Read more
The salads at Chopt are very tasty and have a good variety of ingredients. They also have 3 or 4 seasonal selections that change... throughout the year. The only real negative is the price. Sometimes the cost is twice the cost of the same sized salad at otherplaces. The line can get long at lunch time, but they are usually fairly organized and the line moves quick. Read more
Salads taste really great here, including the salad wraps. I especially love the lemon-tahini dressing, and I always paid the... extra for avocado. I stopped going because the idea of someone leaning right over my salad while chopping it freaks me out. But, if you don't mind the potential of a little sweat in your lunch, then I do have to say it's delicious. Read more
The salads here are fresh and made to order like most places. But the steakhouse salad and homemade dressings are what make me... return here often. When I'm not in the mood for something different, I venture into the cobb salad because I love chicken andfresh avocado. Read more
