If I could give more than a 5 star review I would! I have never enjoyed a salad place as much as I do at this Chopt location!... Not only for their fresh ingredients but also they have the most wonderful down to earth staff! Marco is the man! I come herealmost everyday for lunch to escape my 9-5 job to get some smiles and a great salad! The ingredients are always fresh and theyprobably have the most delicious chicken at a salad place I've been too. I come out paying 12 dollars for a salad that keeps mefull until dinner. Love this place but recently they?ve not been serving properly. Salad bowl is half the size!
Came in during lunch time , abs it was really quick . No seating areas in this location just pick up and take out.
If you have food poisoning in New York or just want a salad without extra sugar added and that won?t upset your stomach go... there. I always get the Asian crunch or the kale Cesar. And if you want a low calorie dressing go for the Greek yoghurt dressingor the lemon tahini for a dairy free option. I?m literally allergic to everything but not to this! Read more
I don't even want to give them 1 star. They have messed up my salad 3 times in the past month. They are rude. If you get a... warm salad with spinach they won't chop your salad.... This place is called Chopt for a reason isn't it? The manager told me ifI wanted my salad chopped, she was going to ration the other ingredients in my salad. When I went to the register to ask foranother manager, I was ignored. I decided to go to the Bryant Park location and they had NO issue with anything I asked for. They were so polite and efficient. This is a pretty decent salad place with some good salad selections. It doesn't differentiate itself way to much from other... places but the quality service at this restaurant is good and the spacing is really great inside. The food here is pretty goodfor the price. I wish they used more of the spacing to add more seats. Overall a good place. Read more
I used to love going to Chopt and getting the Mexican Cesar salad, but it wasn't as good as I remember.
This is the second time I place my order online within a frame of two weeks and the two times my order was wrong missing... toppings and both times my protein choice! Very disappointing won't be ordering from here again unless I go in person, becausetheir salad is very good but they can't seem to get online orders CORRECT! Read more
