Constantly delayed orders. Will receive a text that my order is ready and available on a particular shelf, it won?t come out for... 15 minutes after that. Thought it was a fluke but has happened at least five times already. Read more
This is a classic example of poor management. I have to enter my card every time I place an order online instead of accepting... Apple Pay or storing card info. They stack up bowls for pickup in a rack with no ordering alphabetically. The rack is so highyou can?t even see name on bowl, so everyone walks in touches all the bowl in stand with their hands just to see if a name is onbowl. Most bowls have open lids. Food sucks as well. Delivery.com couldn't get through to anyone on the... phone at this location to ask for redelivery so I received a credits/refunds instead.
