This is a classic example of poor management. I have to enter my card every time I place an order online instead of accepting... Apple Pay or storing card info. They stack up bowls for pickup in a rack with no ordering alphabetically. The rack is so highyou can?t even see name on bowl, so everyone walks in touches all the bowl in stand with their hands just to see if a name is onbowl. Most bowls have open lids. Food sucks as well. Ugh - last 2 orders, the chicken that was supposed to be in my salad was not. Delivery.com couldn't get through to anyone on the... phone at this location to ask for redelivery so I received a credits/refunds instead. This place is probably my favorite Chopt spot in the City! ???? You can order ahead online (on Google Maps ????, the Chopt... website ????, or the Chopt app ????) or through a in-store kiosk tablet at the location - super simple and quick! You justpickup and go. Perfect for a quick bite to grab-and-go. The salads ???? are delicious and wraps ???? are even better! They havea really large variety of options and you can?t go wrong with any of them. Chopt or Tossed salad? I usually don?t write reviews, but I had to for this one I have been eating from Chopt for years,... however, with this location you can only order through their app or kiosk. I placed quite a few orders from this location andbeen noticing my salad is more ?tossed ?than ?Chopt? My plum tomatoes and avocado are always cut in half, also my cut in halfavocado is always placed on top of my salad, so much for that being Chopt within salad.My kale and spinach always look like itwas shredded by hand, jalapeños always look sliced, and the other sides that I add just looks whole or cubed. This locationThere is a big wall as soon as you walk in so you can not see How they?re making your salad. I?ve been to many Chopt locationswhere the salads are Chopt in smaller pieces which releases all the flavors in the salad and taste more creamy. I could went toa corner Deli if I wanted a tossed salad and for a cheaper price at that. Chopt gets 5 stars from me, but this location needs todo do more Chopt?ing. Read more

This is the worst Chopt that I've been to. First, you cant see who is making your food because it's a pick up site only. ... Secondly, they always miss an ingredient. I gave them 3 chances and they failed all 3 times. Thankfully, we have way moreoptions for salad in this area. I'm done with them. Read more
